Our Multifloral Mānuka honey meets MPIs definition for multifloral mānuka and is a honey that is natural blended by the bees when foraging in natural and native bushes. A strong presence of Mānuka is able to be tasted and the bees have naturally collected nectar from other native sources.

Mānuka has a strong uniquely New Zealand flavour profile, and this is a mild and perfect entry point in to the taste of New Zealand. Mānuka honey perfectly accompanies savoury dishes as the flavour can hold its own with strong meats yet delicate enough to add a unique almost herb like sweetness to dessert and other sweet treats.
